Starting psychiatric care can feel like a big step, and finding the right provider matters.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our approach is rooted in three core beliefs that guide every interaction, every appointment, and every care plan.
The Way We Practice
1
We treat people, not conditions. Every care plan is built around the full context of your life- your goals, your values, and your individual healing journey.
You Are More Than a Diagnosis
2
Your voice matters in every decision. We take the time to listen, explain your options clearly, and work collaboratively toward outcomes that are meaningful to you.
Partnership & Open Communication
3
Every patient deserves to feel safe, heard, and valued- regardless of their history, background, or the challenges they face. This is the foundation of everything we do.
Dignity, Compassion & Respect
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your First Appointment
We know that reaching out takes courage. Your initial visit is designed to be welcoming, unhurried, and entirely focused on you.
We begin by building rapport- there’s no rush, no judgment.
We listen carefully to your concerns and validate your experience.
We discuss your priorities and what matters most to you.
We establish clear, collaborative treatment goals together.
We create an individualized plan and review it with you before you leave.
MICRO-PRACTICE MODEL
Your Provider, Every Time
Unlike large clinics where you may see a different provider at each visit, Crystal Clear Mental Health is a micro-practice. This means:
Crystal is personally involved in your care from day one.
She handles scheduling, treatment, and follow-up directly.
You see the same trusted provider at every visit.
Care is continuous, consistent, and genuinely personal.
A GOOD MATCH MATTERS
Finding the Right Level of Care
Crystal Clear Mental Health is built around thoughtful, relationship-based care.
Personalized psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
Ongoing support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood concerns.
Collaborative, goal-focused treatment at your pace.
Consistent care with a provider who knows your history.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
When Another Setting May Be a Better Fit
As an outpatient practice, there are some needs best supported by a higher level of care:
Active crisis or intensive case management
Active psychotic symptoms requiring specialized services
High-dose or multiple daily benzodiazepine prescribing
Court-ordered or disability evaluations
If any of these apply, we are happy to point you toward the right resources- you deserve care that truly fits your needs.
